Norwood / Overlake Water Polo 2011

2011 registration
Midlakes membership is required to play water polo. See list below for the paperwork needed based on your membership status:

Norwood member & on the swim team: $75 fee & water polo registration
2011 Water Polo Form
Norwood member, but not on the swim team: $75 fee, water polo registration, and concussion paperwork
2011 Water Polo Form and Concussion Information and Form
Non-Norwood member: $75 fee, Norwood membership form w/payment, water polo registration, and concussion paperwork

	10U & 12U Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 8:45 - 9:45 at Overlake 14U & 17U Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 9:45 - 10:45 at Overlake
